On these particular days, if you are in Hong Kong, there is no doubt that you will hear hooves pounding down the stretch at both the Happy Valley on HK Island as well as Sha Tin, which is located in the New Territories. The Sha Tin racecourse is located in New Territories, Hong Kong and it hosts some of the highly rated horse racing events in the world on a year-round basis.
